We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, ship your return using a trackable method.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
